Our Story
Every company has a story. Ours began more than 25 years ago when we got started in the glass block window industry as a Milwaukee glass block company. At that time, we provided customers with the best quality mortar-joint windows. But it didn’t take long for us to challenge the status quo and look for ways to improve the fabrication, installation and quality of glass block windows. Now, we are the industry leaders thanks to our innovative fabrication and installation process that results in the best glass block windows, walls, and showers you can buy.
The industry has changed over the past few decades, and we have worked hard to stand by our mission to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. When we fabricated our first windows in the early 1990s, our emphasis was on a cleanly tooled mortar joint and a proper mortar mix to assemble that window. Now, many years later, mortar windows are past their prime.
To provide excellent quality, we have transitioned to a state-of-the-art computerized robotic technology to fabricate the glass block panels (See video here). The result is a far stronger, lighter weight, and cleaner glass block panel. As they have always been, our installers are honest, courteous, and fully-insured employees of Security Glass Block, Inc., not subcontractors.
